Accounting and Administrative Assistant Job Summary

Job duties may include:

• Responsible for full daily accounting from A-Z – accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, reports for multiple restaurants using R365 software ( will be trained on this software)
• Responsible for sales tax reporting/ filing and all end of month reporting
• Responsible for assisting Controller by identifying issues and reporting them timely

Requirements:

• 2 years Experience in Quickbooks required
• 2 years general accounting experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
